In 2001, astronomers found Ixion, a plutino that follows an orbit much like Pluto's.
28978 Ixion takes about 250 years to go around the Sun, and it is named after Ixion. The Deep Ecliptic Survey and Marc Buie discovered it at the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory.
