In 1989, astronomers found 9030 Othryoneus, an asteroid that circles the Sun with Jupiter.
The asteroid 9030 Othryoneus was discovered by Schelte John Bus at the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory and is named after Othryoneus. It measures about 32 kilometers across and takes about 12 years to go once around the Sun.
